Openwage EWA platform

A financial well-being solution for forward-thinking companies that care about their employees: with the Openwage mobile app, employees can get immediate access to their earnings and free themselves from rigid pay cycles.

I was involved in the project from the idea conception—working through the stages of discovery, competitor research, ideation, prototyping, and testing—to shipping the functioning platform.

I delivered a complete brand identity with a style guide. The brand was built on simplicity and transparency. It had a clean look, a splash of folly and violet, and a minimalist interface.

An uncomplicated UI and shallow structure allowed the focus to remain on the primary function of salary transfers.

The platform comprises one mobile app and two web apps linked to one design system.
