Experimenting art styles

It took a couple of tries to find the style I wanted to use as this project's concept started from a friend's project, which was for a manga.

I wanted to stray from the anime art style, since I found the process of creating that much detail tedious, and so I took inspiration from the Netflix series "Hilda".

Still, I wasn't satisfied, wanting it to be simple yet differ from the common cartoon style prevalent today. So I found a middle ground between complex and simple and made a style of my own.
