Vexl – Discuss Bitcoin trading incognito

😊 I want to share the story of Lea Petrášová – CEO of Vexl, an app for discussing Bitcoin trading incognito from SatoshiLabs. When she collected the feedback from the launch of the MVP, she found that adding new offers was quite confusing. 😕

To be specific: It seemed people sometimes mistook buy offers with sell offers. Discussing meeting location could cause more harm than good. Almost nobody got how "fees" worked at first glance. 💸😮The app was certainly losing its traction on that.

One day I met her on a call to discuss this issue. I knew I could help her out of this situation. It just needed a little diagnosis of user behavior and goals for the app. I helped her with some experiments on various clickable prototypes in Figma. 📱💡🔍

That resulted in redesigning the whole user experience of adding new offers into the app. The feature is simply more understandable for users now. For Lea, the app redesign means more offers, more users, and more deals. So the Vexl app and its community can grow. 🚀💼📈
