We hope you're doing great and enjoying our UkrainianPower case — it's been awesome seeing all your likes and comments 🥰
So, we thought we'd share one more shot with you all about this web product design. Just in case you need a quick refresher, UkrainianPower is a website that brings together the best creative agencies from Ukraine, with the aim of promoting partnerships between Ukrainian creatives and global firms. We teamed up with IAMIDEA to work on this custom web design with a mission to assist Ukrainians in rebuilding their war-torn economy, which was caused by the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022 that unfortunately continues to this day.
📱 We made sure the website is easily accessible on handheld devices, so users can easily scroll through the agencies and find the perfect one to work with. In this day and age, with everyone constantly on their phones, it's super important to have a mobile design. You don't want people trying to view your website on their phone and having to pinch and zoom to see everything!
In terms of design, we purposely made the typography large, sharp, and straight, so that users can easily spot the most important information. We also added red accents to the text blocks to convey the emotional drivers behind the Ukrainians' desire to fight for work and survive. The green palette highlights the benefits of partnerships between Ukrainian and international agencies, and helps to relieve some of the emotional pressure.
