Femme
"Femme" was my university core milestone project and won a silver student ADDY in the spring of 2023. I was tasked with utilizing the information I had learned across courses and disciplines to make a project encompassing something I was passionate about.
In the face of the current political climate, I sought to create a concept supportive of all types of women. In theory, Femme would be a mix of Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, Goodwill, and other similar nonprofits. It would provide reproductive healthcare, support for abuse victims, resources for poor or disabled women, and childcare resources, and would fight for women’s rights in the social and legal spheres.
As a concept, Femme is supposed to be the ideal women's support network, inspired by my gender equality and sociology courses and my own experiences. With the idea solidified, I created the branding for Femme from the ground up, striving to make it feminine but inclusive.
