BonnPhum - Village Festival 2019

The artwork design for BonnPhum Year of the pig inspires by the retro TV which remind us of when we were kids and always go to our neighbor’s home to watch TV together with other kids. The mixing of colors creates a scene of looking fun, cheerful, and youthful. In the design, there are 7 colors as the TV signal to show that in the past to present TV plays an important role to show us every news or any entertainment show. In addition, I want to give the audience to feel our childhood vibe. The banana leaves show our Khmer culture which it’s used as traditional Cambodian food wrappers and religious shrines in pagoda.
