MGO at 75 - 7.5km Walkathon

Project Brief:

  • Objective: Develop and design social media announcement posts to drive awareness, engagement, and generate sign-ups for participation and volunteers for the walkathon.

  • Target Audience: Participants, volunteers, and the general public.

  • Key Messages:

    • The walkathon is a unique event that celebrates the life of the celebrant.

    • The walkathon is a great way to get fit, have fun, and give back to the community.

    • Sign up today to be a part of this special event!

  • Creative Direction: The social media posts should be bright, colorful, and engaging. They should highlight the uniqueness of the walkathon and the celebrant.

  • Call to Action: The social media posts should encourage people to sign up for the walkathon, either as participants or volunteers.

Creative Process:

  • The first step was to research the walkathon and the celebrant. This included learning about their story, their goals, and their passions.

  • Once i had a good understanding of the event and the celebrant, i began brainstorming ideas for the logo. I wanted to create a logo that was unique, visually appealing, and reflected the essence of the walkathon.

  • I eventually settled on a logo that features the face of the celebrant. The face is surrounded by bright colors that represent the energy and excitement of the walkathon. The logo also includes the words "7.5km Walkathon" which further reinforces the event's purpose.

Final Output:

  • The final logo is a bright, colorful, and engaging design that accurately reflects the essence of the walkathon.

  • The logo is sure to capture the attention of potential participants and volunteers, and it will help to drive awareness and engagement for the event.
