Sage Sustainable Electronics stands at the forefront of sustainable IT asset management and disposition (ITAD). Their passion for greener IT solutions serves Global 2000 and mid-market companies. To improve their digital tools and optimize their lead management process, Sage partnered with HPPY, seeking a combination of strategic UX consultation and innovative web development.
As part of this collaboration, we extended our role beyond that of a conventional development partner. We provided strategic advice on best practices for web design and UX, creating an interface that was user-friendly and tailored specifically to meet Sage's unique operational needs.
An integral part of our solution was the successful interconnection of Webflow and Hubspot via Zapier. We created forms natively in Webflow, which then transferred customer data directly into Sage's Hubspot instance. For specific requirements, we built forms directly in Hubspot and embedded them seamlessly within the website.
Additionally, we crafted a custom ROI calculator designed to capture leads when prospective customers filled out information. The collected data was routed into the CRM via Zapier, automatically initiating workflows to alert and update the relevant personnel for immediate follow-ups. This automation of the lead management process greatly improved Sage's efficiency in customer engagement.
Our combined approach of UX consultation, web design, and custom development provided Sage with enhanced digital tools that better align with their commitment to sustainable IT solutions. The end result was a seamless user interface, optimized lead management, and a more efficient customer engagement strategy.
