The Wulver

The Wulver was a wolf like creature in Shetland folklore. He was known to keep himself to himself, unless provoked. Spending his days fishing on "Wulver's Stane", he was said to leave fish on the window sills of poor families.

Barn Owl

Throughout history, owls have been linked to witchcraft, whether that be as familiars or as shapeshifters. Often they have been seen as being symbolic of change, as well as having the ability to connect with the afterlife.
