RapidEx - Mobile Application for P2P food delivery service
RapidEx is a food delivery service that consists of a web-based system for administrators and restaurants, and a mobile application for customers and couriers.
The main task for our team was to develop an application that could support many active users while keeping the mobile data traffic of the application users low. It was necessary to ensure the security of the personal data of the customers that they enter into the application (phone numbers, geolocation, passwords) and to integrate the payment system.
To solve the problem of user load in the application, our development team proposed a structure, defined requirements for servers, and coordinated all this with the client. During the testing phase, a stress test was conducted to see if the backend was really capable of supporting such traffic. We successfully integrated the payment system and thoroughly tested the security of all personal data in the application.
As a result, we have created for our client a practical and incredibly user-friendly application for food delivery by bike couriers within a radius of 12 km.
