After identifying the core issues that are resolved when our customers start using eDesk, we created 5 different ad campaigns to serve to a variety of audiences who fit our ideal customer profile. These messages are solutions to the problems that our customers most often face, that most generic help desks don't solve for.

Through our ad campaign, we built a much larger top of funnel audience, full of thousands of potential customers, who we are continuing to nurture and move through the middle and bottom of funnel, into our happy customer base.
