Updates

A big add for me this week was the addition of horizontal sliding content in order to better utilize space for large content. For example in the Starter Kits page, the course content features several lists that have many items. Instead of having long list to scroll through, I chose to break up the content into an illustration and image description below that will scroll to the next component when the user swipes.

Procreate Illustrations

Continued this week are my illustrations for my list section. Each illustration is not fully complete but functioning and will continue to add more details throughout the coming week.

Images canvas will need to be resized in procreate to accommodate the dimensions of my placeholder rectangles better. It was an oversight on my part to not think of this before beginning.

Also I still need to prototype the horizontal scroll within Figma this week before my user test. My goal for the upcoming week to fully finish all the illustrations and add more prototyping within Figma so I can be conducting user testing to gain some initial feedback on the overall design of the course content. I have begun sketching out some potential ad posters for user demographic testing that I will post in my local brew supply in hopes of gaining some feedback that way.

Feedback

I don't feel that I have a ton of need for feedback at this stage since I haven't introduced anything too crazy and new as of right now. Just maybe wondering if there are any details that you would want to see as I continue my work?
