36 Days of Type 2022 Font
On this occasion, I endeavored to create a cohesive alphabet, although I must admit that I fell short of completing it. Nonetheless, I can proudly say that I gave it my best effort!
My primary source of inspiration was a captivating lettering piece from 1906 by John G Ohnimus. I find immense joy in exploring old type specimens and lettering manuals, and John's work particularly fascinated me. His free-spirited and avant-garde approach, especially considering the time period, intrigued me. This contemporary interpretation is my homage to his artistry.
