Workflows

GoCo Workflows allows HR teams to build and automate any process they have. Quickly drag and drop workflow steps into the correct order, insert fields to be collected and route data and notifications to the right people at the right time.

Workflows was one of the most innovative features I helped design and build at GoCo. The feature helped set the groundwork for the no-code building blocks strategy that allowed GoCo to deliver on the promise of flexibility.

No longer did HR teams have to wait for a feature to be built to solve their processes, they could easily use Workflows to dream up and build and process workflow they had and invite their team to start using it.

Some key areas of the feature included:

• Workflow Templates: build your process one and reuse it again and again

• Assignees: assign tasks to specific people, departments, or dynamic roles

• Form Fields: capture any data you need within your workflow

• Variables: print and display data which let's you communicate info to the right people at the right time

• Dates: define dynamic Start Date and Due Date logic

• Automatic Schedules: automatically start Workflows on a schedule

• Reports: visualize and report on any data captured in Workflows

• Notifications: alert people when it's time to complete their tasks

• Integrations: send Workflow events and data to 3rd party apps
