I helped define the design and specs for majority of the Time Tracking feature including areas:
Timesheets with approval flows
Paid Time Off balances & accruals (policy rules)
Overtime calculations for State & Federal compliance
Geofencing / Location tracking
Desktop, Mobile and Kiosk clock in/out methods
Reporting
Exporting to Payroll
