Time Tracking

GoCo's Time Tracking gives team members an easy way to clock in and manage their work hours.

I helped define the design and specs for majority of the Time Tracking feature including areas:

  • Timesheets with approval flows

  • Paid Time Off balances & accruals (policy rules)

  • Overtime calculations for State & Federal compliance

  • Geofencing / Location tracking

  • Desktop, Mobile and Kiosk clock in/out methods

  • Reporting

  • Exporting to Payroll
