Benefit Enrollment

GoCo's Benefits app makes it easy for employers to manage their benefit offerings and let their employees enroll.

I helped define the design and engineering specs for the Benefits app including:

• Backend Carrier and Plan Configurations (rates, contributions, eligibility, etc)

• Employee Enrollment (select plans, update cost in real-time, sign docs etc)

• Carrier Integrations (API, CSV and EDI feeds that synced enrollments to carriers)

• Broker Partner Tools (make it easy for brokers to manage their clients' benefits)
