The challenge
WeTransfer discovered a prevalent issue in the creative industry: a lack of adequate support for creatives when collaborating with clients. They aimed to address this challenge by developing a solution that would enhance the sharing and productivity aspects of creative work.
Research
Through interviews and observations, we delved into the world of photographers and clients, extracting valuable insights. Synthesizing these ideas, we developed the concept for Picture. User testing played a vital role, allowing us to gather feedback and iterate on the product, ensuring it met user needs and preferences.
