Ikea employer branding

Did an exploration for Ikea employer branding.
The idea behind this visual was to continue using the geometric shapes as they do on their website, but also add a detail that’s well known in Ikea’s products and that’s “assembling”. In one of their website they used a term “Assemble the career of your dreams.”
