Problem
JOJGROUP approached with wanting to build a B2B platform to serve its existing and potential clients. Faced the challenge of understanding their specific requirements and their partners' needs as well. Additionally, had to devise a strategy to attract new clients. Demonstrating the true capabilities and potential of Slovakia's largest media group was our primary objective.
About Product
The JOJGROUP business platform presents a wide portfolio of products such as films, series, channels and other media content. It caters to both existing and prospective partners in advertising, operator services and production. It revolutionarily uncovers the shadows of the way television advertising works and brings it closer through case studies and educational content. It also covers corporate needs for presenting CSR activities and career opportunities.
Process
Process of designing a business web platform for JOJGROUP started with the Product Discovery phase, where defined our target groups and then conducted Qualitative User Research with them.
Through conducting 15 interviews, gained valuable insights into the problems, needs, and goals of JOJGROUP and its clients. Have discovered many opportunities for streamlining processes and reaching new types of clients. Completed the Discovery phase with Market Research, analyzing competitive solutions.
Moving into the Product Design phase, transformed the identified outputs into UX structures, wireframes, user flows and IA.
The product UI was based on brand guidelines, which enriched with trendy components. Look how it looked! β¬
