Building a team: training

The fifth in my ongoing series of illustrations for the Anagram blog (Spyglass) on team building. Anagram is primarily focused on independent eyecare practices, hence the prominent glasses and eyechart in the background. This one was focused on training new people for practices, and I wanted it to be encouraging to newbies so hopefully that came through!
