Software products get "rusty" over time as new features get bolted on and old features get modified. These shots are the end result of a major redesign of one of our products that is used to manage student devices for school districts. The process involved collaborating with the engineering team and using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, which resulted in some new features, a smoother workflow and the elimination of some important friction points.
