Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun is a popular sweet dish in Pakistani cuisine. It is typically made by mixing milk solids, also known as khoya. They are then soaked in a sweet syrup made of sugar and flavored with cardamom and rosewater. The syrup gives the dish its name, “Gulab” meaning rose, and “Jamun” being the name of the small, dark-purple fruit similar in taste to the dough balls.
