New year card

This is my 1st-year homework. I have to make a character design from the meaning of the color "vermilion" or in Thai, called "Chad", and design the New Year card that fits the character's story.

Chad is a color made from a natural rock name Cinnabar. In many countries in Asia, the color was used in traditional ceremonies. My story refers to a Chinese forecast ceremony, When people want to know about the future they use Chad color to write the question on the turtle's back and burn it to break, And then they read the fragment of the turtle's back for the answer.

And that bring me to this design, the word on the back is the good meaning word (顺 (shùn) mean untroubled, 兴 (xīng) mean good luck,富 (fù) mean be rich and 福(fú) mean to be happy) so its good for give as a blessing card on New Year day.
