YoGo Checkout - #DailyUI Day 2
I designed this for Day 2 of the #DailyUI challenge. The prompt was "checkout form or page."
I decided to build on the app concept from Day 1 - a fitness app called YoGo. I began by brainstorming assumptions about what the business and user might need.
Business Needs:
Recurring income
Loyal customers
Potential User Needs:
Sense of security/trust
Easy to understand what they'll be charged
To feel like they're getting a good value
Since this challenge is intended to be quick, I did not build in time for user research. Therefore, I rolled with the assumptions and brainstormed a list of features that would meet these needs.
Features:
Credit card details inputs
Option to select GPay or Paypal
Annual vs. monthly subscription selector
Coupon code input
Submit button
I set a constraint of 1.5 hours to complete this project. I also started working on a confirmation screen for after payment has been submitted, but wasn't able to complete the second screen within the time allotted.
A note on this project: I am participating in the #DailyUI challenge to become a faster UI designer. These are not intended to be UX case studies or polished portfolio pieces.
