Monogram and primary logotype for One Small Steep, a (sadly now defunct) looseleaf tea subscription service.

The company name is a play on Neil Armstrong's famous "One small step for man…" quote he made upon setting foot on the moon during the Apollo 11 mission. Exploration and discovery were core motivators for the company's value structure.

The monogram was inspired by lunar phases, and the monospaced logotype was inspired by 1960s-era computer readouts. The whole brand pulls influences from NASA and the Apollo 11 mission, as well as design from the 1960s.
