Subway: Subprise Beacons Walkthrough

Last June we started with the first nationwide beacons test together with Subway and Coca-Cola. To provide a smooth rollout and installation, we wanted the sandwich artists of Subway to get in on the action. We created an interactive Walkthrough app to get to know beacons better and how they work inside the Subway restaurant.

We used layered, parallax-like animations that give you an immersive feel while using the app. The animations you see above is a recording of the actual app.
