Sound of Downtown Website Redesign || Music Event Festival
Overview
Sounds of Downtown is an annual collaborative music festival that brings together some of Indonesia's leading musicians. Ranging from pop, rock, indie, jazz musicians. This cross-genre festival is a hot topic among young people, aged 21-35 years old.
The purpose of the exploration project is to provide new ideas about the website needed by Sounds of Downtown. Not only focusing on the website, but we also provide ideas for marketing. By detailing the problem discovery and goals .
In this exploration, we bring the RnB genre as the main genre.
Problem Discovery
In order to gather insights, we analyzed responses from netizens and reviewed frequently asked questions related to concert ticket sales.
A common obstacle encountered during ticket sales is server downtime due to high website traffic.
Sounds of Downtown currently lacks merchandise options, despite the demand for festival souvenirs.
What will be achieved
Provide a pleasant ticket purchasing experience for prospective buyers and minimize server downs.
Increase revenue by selling merchandise. And make buyers remember the Sound of Downtown Festival.
Make it easy for buyers to find information related to the festival. Website as an "information bank" containing important information.
