js-girls

Website for a Javascript workshop for girls, designed and built in a few hours this weekend: http://js-girls.org/

Since I wanted to avoid gender stereotypes, I stayed away from clichés like pink or script fonts, which a lot of "Coding for Girls" organizations use in their branding.
Instead, I went with playful colors and the lovely Ubuntu Mono, which make the site look friendly and inviting, while still giving it a distinct "programming" vibe.
