GRAPHIC GRADIENT

A space filler. The accordion of bullshit. A building block. The Graphic Gradient.

The Graphic Gradient lives among the signals as an abstract timeless element. Multi-medium in form. Outlined and filled. The graphic ratio the same in variety. Sometimes circular in form.

Built as more of a texture gradient rather than image gradient, the device’s distortion of size gives a sense of perspective and depth.

A solid spectrum. Divided and yet with range. The Graphic Gradient can enables a vessel for range, through uniformity in colour.

Of course, there are often 7 segments in the later iterations more succinctly. A recurring visual motif in the work: 7 items or directions, excluding the current vector.
