Oikia UI - Real estate Web app

Oikia.

oy-kee'-ah - Greek Noun Feminine

a house or a residence

As always being a tenant myself, I am aware of the frustrations that come with apartment research, contacting the owner, and finally arranging a meeting. From confusing websites to unresponsive hosts, the process can be a headache. My task was to create a website that would take the stress out of searching for an apartment and make the process enjoyable and motivating.

I designed the app with a clean background and cutting-edge font, creating a modern aesthetic that feels fresh and content. I added bright accents with the help of nice photos, showcasing some of the apartments.

However, this website isn't just about looks. It's also packed with features that make searching more straightforward. Users can browse listings based on their criteria and location, and filter their results by price range and amenities, to help them make informed decisions.

In this case study, the user is looking for an apartment in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The desirable budget can't extend the 1,900€ per month, for at least 90m2 flat in the city. Please try to find your way and contact the owner.
