Saloon QR Menu Platform Design

Saloon QR Menu Platform

UX/UI Design, Branding, Web design

MySaloon.co

MySaloon is a digital menu platform designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospitality industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. With its multi-language capabilities and QR code scanning feature, it provides customers with seamless access to menus, while offering businesses the highest value and affordable implementation costs.

I was asked by a local development agency to help them to design an experience of ordering, reservation and tracking by QR code. We talked about the exact requirements, the context of use, and the users that would use the application, and asked lots of questions about the possibilities and vision of this app.

After a few days, we agreed on the initial flows, using wireframes as a prototype first.

I then proceeded with the UI design , starting with the onboarding, the main flows, and then we added the complementing flows, drop downs and empty states.

Upon having the colors and the fonts we want to use, we talked more on the direction we want to take the branding to, so I devised a minimalistic logo and a foundation for branding.

To ensure a successful launch and a profitable digital marketing campaign, we've had to design a website showcasing and describing the main features and sales points of MySaloon.

The goal was to make the website attract both the restaurant owners, and inform the clients that would scan the restaurant QR codes if they see a Saloon QR sticker on the table.

To make the application ready to launch from the marketing side, we've designed a set of social media and Play Store and App Store graphics with a few copy examples of direction and exact phrases they could use.
