Leadpops- UX Research Findings
Happy to share a part of UX research process that we followed to inform the website redesign for Leadpops.
Leadpops, an industry leader in digital marketing and lead generation, specializes in a complete set of tools and services that help companies and individuals grow mortgage or real estate business. Leadpops reached us having in hands three separate websites and the challenge to bring them all under one roof. Along with this main goal, we aimed to elevate the feeling of the Leadpops brand, better organize the Leadpops resources and educational materials, and tell a solid story of how Leadpops bring value to their clients. UX research included both quantitative and qualitative methods that brought us a list of insights that we converted later on into the new website.
