The ‘Home’ layout is the main interface of a tablet app for clinic staff in small GP clinics.

The purpose of the ‘Home’ layout is to provide clinic staff with a centralized location to manage and view frequently encountered workflows. I designed 3 sections: Doctors, Queue, and Checkout on 'Home to organize the workflow.

Doctors sections

The Doctors section will show the doctors that are on duty and provide a quick way for clinic staffs to manage the patients/consultations for their doctors.

Queue section

This section helps staff manage patient queues. Next-in-line queues are tagged as Confirmed when patients arrive and Booked when they book online. Staff can cancel (Absent/Remove) next-in-line queues at any time. Absent patients are tagged as Missed and can rejoin the queue with staff help.

Checkout section

This section shows patients who completed consultations, medications, and bills. Staff can process these patients and edit medication quantity and price. Patients who paid in advance are tagged as Paid. Staff can print bills and medical certificates.
