Tile Hover Effect

I'm experimenting with some hover states for tiles that are going to live on the landing page of a new project's marketing site. So the initial state shows the product name with a background photo for texture. On hover the product logo slides in and sits on a white background. Given that the product logo has so much going on in it, it can get lost on a background with a similar color. I'm looking forward to sharing some more of these along with the finished product soon. Hope you dig it =o)
