A big part of our collaboration with Del Mar Vacations, we were tasked with redesigning the request workflow for homeowners. It was a fantastic opportunity to balance user needs with Del Mar's operational needs. The end result: something that helped home owners communicate their needs more clearly and Del Mar employees to get the key information they needed to act faster.
