Sketch Presentations
Working at Studio MPLS and Dan Olson has taught me the importance of sketching. I'll never approach a project without going to my sketchbook first. I really believe you can get more ideas and variations out faster than being tethered to a mouse and keyboard.
Occasionally I'm lucky enough to work with clients with designers I can present sketches to. I love the ability to show a range of viable concepts without having to spend hours perfecting each. When concepts are presented digitally, even if they are "rough", they are often perceived as finished, which can be a major drawback when you want to present multiple ideas.
This is a start of a really fun identity project and I hope to post more in the future.
