Money transfer by phone number for a payment service Oplata.com
The task of the project was to develop the functionality of sending money to a card without a card number, only with the recipient's phone number. The recipient will be able to withdraw this money to any of his cards, he does not need to tell his card number to the sender.
What was done:
1) Competitor Analyze. The characteristics, flow, commissions, and tariffs of the main competitors are analyzed
2) CJM. The payment flow was divided into parts and analyzed what actions and what emotions the user can get at each stage, what solutions are suitable
3) User Test. The finished solution was tested through the service for user tests. I analyzed the result of 36 respondents and made changes to the design
