Spring cleaning came late this year. We just launched a design refactor at Attribution. We went from idea, to concept sketch, to deployed code in less than 2 weeks.

The focus was reducing complexity. The finished redesign removes more code than it adds, eliminates some UX debt that piled up over the past year, and makes room for more ambitious features.

Working on this was satisfying. If you haven't done a design refactor in a while, I recommend blocking out two weeks. Clean up your design, clean out the code, and make room for the future. Feels fantastic ;)
