Project background: We're creating a review mobile app to help people

give a quick and easy review via the TAP mobile app without having to go

through hassles that might discourage one from giving a review.

● Research goals: Get people to give reviews and find it enjoyable and

easy to rate their experience from a restaurant or food vendor.

Eliminating complexity in the review process. Bridge the gap between a

service experience and ability to share the experience with others. Create

a platform that makes users feel their reviews matter.
