MyRoom - Mental health support app

The app aims to reduce stress level, improve users’ mental health and mood condition by letting users to schedule a video call with a therapist, set goals and track their progress towards improving work-life balance, share their mood and track how it changes, and listen to the relaxing and inspiring music to enhance the effect of the therapy.

There is a dashboard with all the last updated information that the user needs.

Goal setting feature

It’s a good source of motivation and a tool to use in conjunctions with the therapy to better influence the user’s overall condition and help see changes in user’s social or private life that may be the answer to most of the user’s concerns.

Mood journal

This feature can be used to make notes about the user’s mood to discuss it with the therapist later on. It can be a good tool in therapy to track mood swings and find the root cause of it to work on it later.
