Mobile App for good sleep and mental health

Hey community! I want to show you a mobile application that is designed for users who want to improve their psychological well-being and sleep quality. This app has two modes: day mode for mindfulness and night mode for better sleep.

With the app, you can track your daily sleep and focus metrics. It will tell you when you slept well and when you didn't. It will remind you to meditate if you forgot and also tell you when you missed it.

A quick analysis of the metrics allows you to compare them with your psychological and physical feelings. The application also contains a large number of articles that are supported specifically for user requests. They allow users to get useful tips for meditation and a happy lifestyle, explain the importance of sleep and how it affects a person's life.

You can record your mood in real time. If it does not satisfy you, you can use meditation, concentration, or read tips about it.
