Capitol is a Regional Association for Delhi-NCR in BITS Pilani. Dilwalon ki Dilli, a mix of contemporary and rich traditions, is just a reflection of the culture of India as a whole. A dive into history proves that Delhi has lured men for centuries with ambitions to rule Hindustan and made it their capital. It is a concrete jungle where millions come with their dreams. At the zenith sits a crown, a symbol of royalty much like the government, there to rule and provide order.

Apart from being recognized as India's national animal, Tiger has been renowned the world around for its undeniable beauty, grace, and form. It not only inspires you to triumph over your fears but pushes you to be a believer and not a doubter.

Amidst all the glitters, Delhi has cradled its citizens and prioritized their safety over everything. The shield symbolizes the same, highlighting that evil has no place here.

The members of Capitol have thrived to create an ambiance of mini Delhi in the BITS Pilani campus through its events and grubs where every student can experience the city.
