When I was a young kid I used to collect things, in fact I collected just anything that was interesting and unique. I had bottle collections, stamp collections, bubble gum card collections, autographs of famous people, a keyring collection, a collection of frogs, and even a rock collection.

This series of ‘My Collection of…’ is a celebration of the things we collect and the things that are dear to us. It’s the weird, the wonderful, and the amazing.

My Collection of Tikis is influenced by the Tikis and tribal statues of the South Pacific from the beautiful Hawaiian Island to the happy islands of Vanuatu, and all the way down to New Zealand, better known as Aotearoa, Land of The Long White Cloud.
