SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ANTHROPOLOGY
Doctoral program in Social and Cultural Anthropology foregrounds a tradition of long-term ethnographic research, critical approach to contemporary global problems and regionally and locally informed analyses. The professors of the program are interested in critical approaches to contemporary anthropology, connecting the discipline to philosophy, ethics, politics, semiotics, aesthetics, ecology, science and technology, as well as affect theory, urban, visual and sound studies.
