Energy3 Case Study (WIP)
Energy3 is a mobile app designed to help people reduce their energy consumption while saving money. Energy3 tracks a homes energy use through the electrical meter using a specialized sensor that transmits your live energy use directly to the Energy3 app. Within the app, simply set a goal of how much energy and money you would like to save on your electrical bill. From there Energy3 will track your progress with a beautiful, yet simple, feed of your live energy use, and provide you with various status updates, progress reports, analytics, and notifications that will reduce your carbon footprint and add to your piggy bank.
I’ve posted this description before, in my Dribbble debut but as dribble posts the newest things first it at the bottom of the list. It seems more appropriate here...
Energy3 is a project I was lucky enough to win an award (Applied Arts: Student Website Design Award) for back when I was in my last year of University. A lot of people have really liked the idea over the years, so I recently redesigned it and made it mobile. It’s not built out as of yet, as I’ve been working on several other projects. However here is new WIP case study.
*Note: There is a walk-through of how the app works near the bottom of the case study (a vertical carousel) that will function when this is live (really soon).
