Social Media

In my role as a Marketing Manager, I held the responsibility of managing social media for Retainers For Life, as well as overseeing the social media platforms of our partner orthodontists on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Through strategic content creation and management, I worked to enhance engagement, attract potential customers, and maintain a visually appealing brand identity that aligned with our core values and target demographic.

Print Marketing

As a Marketing Manager, I created customized marketing materials for both Retainers For Life and our partner orthodontists. This involved tailoring the materials to align with the branding and target clients of each individual doctor's practice, while staying true to the overall Retainers For Life branding. I developed personalized sales and marketing materials, including stickers, posters, and the showcased "retention wheel," catering to the unique needs and demographics of each practice.

Packaging

I took charge of creating packaging designs that left a lasting impact. This involved conceptualizing a welcoming bag for new members, including branded promotional items. Furthermore, we ensured that all orders were shipped in branded boxes, delivering an enjoyable unboxing experience. Each package encompassed thoughtfully selected products and informative materials, all aimed at elevating the overall customer journey and satisfaction.

Email and Text Blasting

I take charge of creating visually captivating and impactful email and text blasts to keep patients informed about the offerings of our partnered orthodontists. Additionally, I craft annual e-blast calendars to ensure patients stay engaged with our practice and the products we provide.

Conference Materials & Booth

My pivotal responsibility during conventions is to develop compelling materials that effectively showcase our products and services, captivate potential customers, and bolster brand recognition. This entails crafting an enticing booth and utilizing graphics to accentuate our offerings, and incorporating interactive displays for an immersive experience. Additionally, I create attention-grabbing posters and promotional materials to distribute throughout the convention center. My objective is to deliver our company's message, actively engage potential customers, and foster meaningful interactions with our brand.
