End-to-end solution to manage temporary workers for events-based industries.
In my role as a product designer, I crafted two distinct mobile applications for B2B and B2C, in addition to designing the manager desktop platform. Furthermore, I led the rebranding effort and developed a new website design.

Manager Mobile App
The manager app features a vibrant blue color scheme. Here are the main screens:

Onboarding Flow
Here are five screens detailing the onboarding process for new manager users. Designed to be simple and quick, they highlight the platform's key actions and features.
Weekly Calendar View
Designing the calendar view is both challenging and crucial, as it's the most frequently accessed section by managers. It provides a comprehensive overview of the week's events, enabling managers to assess staffing needs and make necessary adjustments. The first screen displays collapsed events, while the second screen offers detailed information about staff assigned to each event.
Real-time Clock-In & Out Tablet Interface
Staff Mobile App
I designed the entire Staff mobile app, handling both UX and UI aspects. This app enables temporary employees using the Ubeya app to perform various actions seamlessly. Users can view available events and shifts, apply for them easily, and clock in and out in real time based on their shift locations. Additionally, they can rate events, access a monthly overview of registered events through cards or a monthly calendar, communicate with the team via chat and calls, manage personal details, track earnings per shift, and more.
