Co-ownership vision 2023

This is an exploration into the vision of a franchised Co-ownership platform. The areas of focus included the optimisation of the navigation as well as restyling the UI to reduce the visual noice.

The sidebar navigation has been expanded to included more global objects with quick access to previously viewed properties. The goal is for users to be one click away from their area of interest.

The UI has been given a flatter and rounded treatment. The intent was to make the images feel softer with with less padding around text giving them space to breathe. We introduced a more monochromatic approach, moving away from using too many colours on icons and text.
