I'm excited to present the alternative design concept for a solution that helps HR departments manage employees' growth.

Our client, an HR department, was facing a significant problem. As the number of workers in their company increased, it became more challenging to manage and monitor the entire internal training system.

They decided to create an online training management system that could make the process more effective.

The current design looks great, but we felt it could do even better. We played around with the original concept and are now thrilled to present the alternative, enhanced version.
