Firusas is an e-commerce startup launched in 2019 that focuses on premium fashion brands for women in Europe.
Throughout the year, we've been carefully studying user behavior and continually analyzing how we can improve their experience on our site. This process included scrutinizing user feedback, identifying pain points in the user journey. In 2020, we began implementing the changes identified during this iterative process. This included updating the design and functionality of our website to better meet the needs of our users.
